At ExpressDocs a routine physical is recommended at least once a year to help prevent serious illness.

ExpressDocs is open this (and every) weekend so walk in at your convenience and get that physical completed!

Many schools, every year, require your children to receive school physicals from a physician before starting. This year it appears, as of today, the 2020-2021 school year for Palm Beach County grade school – high school will start with distance learning, due to the current COVID health conditions. Here is the updated School District of PBC revised plan (8/12/20).

If you need a sports or college physical, walk in to ExpressDocs in Delray Beach.

A physical usually involves having a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, look for any signs and symptoms of diseases or sickness. This routinely involve blood pressure checks, height and weight checks, or any other test the physician finds necessary to help determine a correct diagnosis and treatment of any problems found.
